Speaking of Modern Odysseys ... Will Tottenham ever find their ways?

 

Words fail me simply because I have become so used to this story of despair. How many more episodes are there of grief and despair in this modern footballing odyssey? Three games played and now its not only the story of not winning games but now its becoming a frightening horror tale of not being able to score goals at all. 

Usually, one is driven to a rich and mellow cup of coffee for prolonged and comforting times of reflection and rumination and deep soul-searching. Yet, increasingly one is so driven to more frequent searches for any and all caffeine-related medicinal therapy!

When did we last score a goal let alone win a game? This is becoming an odyssey of Homeric proportions. It is very hard to be a Spurs supporter today. Yet on we plod and stagger with hope. When oh when are we lot going to dare to do again?
